Emergency Vehicles

If you are in an emergency situation and you need immediate care dial 911 and ask for an ambulance. Any of the below constitute as an emergency;


  • Chest pain 

  • Severe breathing difficulty 

  • Severe blood loss 

  • Choking 

  • Blacking out 


Dial 911 immediately.


How to recognise a stroke: act FAST

  • Facial weakness - can the person smile? Has their mouth or eye drooped? 

  • Arm weakness - can the person raise both arms? 

  • Speech problems - can the person speak clearly and understand what you say? 

  • Time to call 911 - if the person has any of the three above symptoms, call an ambulance.

Call the crisis line 1 888 353 2273 or 911 or go to the ER
